HostMerch Terms & Conditions

Operated by EFX79 LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, trading as HostMerch.

• Provide accurate business and banking information
• Ensure all content uploaded to your store (logos, images, text) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you operate and sell
• Only sell merchandise that is legal in the jurisdictions you ship to

Consumer sales tax / VAT: For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway and Switzerland, HostMerch calculates the applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout, shows it before payment, includes it in the order total, and is responsible for remitting it to the relevant tax authorities as merchant of record.

Your own taxes: You (the Host) remain solely responsible for your own income, business and any other taxes arising from your earnings and payouts on the platform. HostMerch does not provide tax advice; please consult a qualified tax adviser regarding your obligations.

All commissions and sales commissions earned by Hosts, staff or crew members, and any other parties on the HostMerch platform will be paid via Stripe Connect (bank transfer) or Wise international transfer, as applicable.

Payments are made at the gross amount earned. HostMerch does not absorb, cover, or reimburse any fees charged by Stripe, Wise, intermediary banks, correspondent banks, or your receiving bank in connection with your payout. These fees are collected directly by the relevant financial institutions and are outside of HostMerch's control.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Stripe payout fees or currency conversion fees
• Wise transfer fees and foreign exchange margins
• Intermediary or correspondent bank fees (which can range from $15–$50 per transfer for international wire payments)
• Incoming wire fees charged by your receiving bank
• Currency conversion fees applied by your bank

HostMerch does not know in advance what fees your bank or intermediary banks will deduct from your payment. We are not responsible for any fees deducted by financial institutions before funds reach your account. The amount you receive may be less than the commission shown in your HostMerch dashboard.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and accept that bank and transfer fees are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by HostMerch.

To keep the platform's data storage lean, HostMerch may permanently delete accounts that have gone unused for an extended period. An account is considered dormant when, for 24 consecutive months, it has recorded no product sales across any of its properties and no host or invited staff member has signed in.

Before deletion, we will send a warning email to the account's contact address at least 30 days in advance. Any sign-in during that 30-day window resets the dormancy clock and cancels the pending deletion.

Deletion is permanent and covers the account and all associated data, including any sub-entities (properties), designs, uploaded logos, and any other stored assets. Deleted content cannot be recovered.

HostMerch may offer a "personal" account tier for individuals who want to place a one-off order for themselves without setting up a store. Personal accounts cannot resell, cannot receive payouts, do not earn referral rewards, and are not published as a public storefront.

You may only upload artwork, logos, images, and text that you own or are otherwise authorized to use. You must not upload third-party trademarks, brand names, copyrighted characters, sports team marks, or celebrity likenesses without a valid license. By placing a personal order you represent that you hold all necessary rights to the content you upload and you agree to indemnify HostMerch and its operating entity against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from that content. We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order or upload that we reasonably believe infringes third-party rights.

Personal orders are printed on demand and, once production begins, are non-returnable except where required by law or where the item arrives defective.
